I live in Louisiana and when I purchased my house,didn't need an escrow account, we don't pay property taxes [exempt] and are

always current on home lapses. chase sold the loan to a firm in california
and said that chase had an escrow that I didn't know about.
don't have a reason why except that I requested in fo on a loan mod.
my insurance also includes hazard, wind and hail
