I posted a $10,000US cash bond. Will that help in resolving my case now, if the warrant still exists.
Yes the money that you posted before is long gone and will be of no consequence to assist you in the case. It would be best for you to contact an attorney prior to you trying to fly into the USA. I do not know the facts of the case but if it was a felony on a third DUI that means someone got seriously hurt. Call an attorney to see what they can find out.

The answer to your question is that yes, you would normally still have a warrant, even on an older case, until it's cleared up. You should get a lawyer, and a bail bondsman, rebail on this case, and then fight it. It's unlikely that the evidence still exists from 18 years ago, but your lawyer can find out and help protect you and responsibly deal with this matter.
