With over 2000 attorneys participating on Avvo every week, who is "you"?
The above is general legal and business analysis. It is not "legal advice" but analysis, and different lawyers may analyse this matter differently, especially if there are additional facts not reflected in the question. Car / Auto Accident Lawyer
My office is in Greenville however, my personal injury practice takes me around the state of North Carolina; I see that you are in Greenville as well and that is probably one of the reasons your question was sent to me, along with other attorneys around the country. I know nothing about this company or the person you suggest is the owner and thus, can't comment on the company's legitimacy or whether it can produce the promised results.

General Practice Lawyer
I'm not your attorney.... you can look up company data with the secretary of state.
I am an Attorney-at-Law, licensed to practice law only in the state of California. Unless we have both signed a formal retainer agreement, you are not my client, and my discussion of issues does not constitute legal advice. Opinions expressed herein are those of the author, and do not necessarily represent the opinions of those who hold other opinions.
You posted your question saying the company says "you" are my attorney on a public forum with no identifier of who "you" is. I would contact the specific attorney the company said - and if he said Avvo or some group, not a specific individual, it's a problem.
The companies that offer to free you from your time share are full of less than ethical operators. You need to have your own attorney review any documents and if the company is pressuring you to sign or saying there isn't time for review, run away fast.
This is general advice only, nothing herein constitutes an attorney/client relationship.
