I have filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Can my second mortgage be reduced in this proceeding?

I have not yet had a meeting with the trustee (it is in two weeks).

Answered over 2 years ago. Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Attorney in Seattle, WA.
You would normally be in a chapter 13 if you want to be able to eliminate the second mortgage. A chapter 7 will not accomplish this.
