Is there anything I can do to correct this. This jury is already selected...isnt this against my rights?

This makes no sense. I am not why this may be happening but you should contact an attorney asap.

Your statement strains credulity. There would have been at least one pre-trial conference; further, you would have been present during the voir dire of the jury pool.
You also placed this under "Criminal Defense." IF you were charged, you would have been arraigned and, if deemed indigent, an attorney would have been appointed for you. If not, you are responsible for retaining your own counsel. You would not be allowed to proceed pro se without signing a release to that effect.
The foregoing is for general information purposes and does not establish an attorney-client relationship.

If you don't understand what is happening to you in your legal matter, you need to retain legal counsel. Good luck.
