As long as your court costs, fines, and any restitution is paid we would be able to get you off of probation rignt at that 1/2 way point.

Section 948.04, Florida Statutes, allows you to petition the court for early termination of probation if:

(1) You have completed at least half of your probationary term,
(2) You have performed satisfactorily,
(3) Have not been found in violation of any terms or conditions of supervision, and
(4) Met all financial sanctions imposed by the court.
