He was always inspected at the border. He has gone back to canada 3 times for short visits over the past 3 years. Most of his time has been here visiting me and his sister. We got married in January of this year. The last time he went back to visit in canada was May of this year. We just finished our paperwork and are ready to mail it. I have gone through the paperwork over 7 times and am confident that I filled it out properly. I am worried if I need to complete any additional special form for him due to him not having a visa. Now I am worried about fines, deportation, delays, interviews etc.. No criminal records. I make a very good income for both of us untill he can work. Do you think we should probably be o.k.??
You should be okay. Canadians don't normally enter the U.S. with visas. He was inspected and can adjust his status in the U.S.
