I-864 Income requirements/Poverty Guidelines.

I currently work as a contractor, and would like to know if I can include my non-taxable per diem as additional income for the I-864 income requirements.

    Answered . While income is a question for a tax professional, I would say any amount, not spent, that goes to the bottom line is income.
