You can open whatever accounts you want or need to in order to be able to help take care of yourself. You should consult with an attorney immediately, as from what you have stated, it sounds as if you are in a very abusive and controlling relationship. You can also seek help from a local women's shelter if necessary.

  2. No law prevents ou from opening charge accounts and using them for your expenses. Also, you didn't state why you aren't trying to get a job. You should talk to a lawyer about you possibility of obtaining some type of alimony if one of you files for divorce.

  3. You have to find a way to free yourself of this situation. Your Husband should be responsible for payment of your attorney fees.
