I am breaking a 2 year lease 4 1/2 months early. I have found the landlord a new tenant for at least another year lease at more than I was paying. We are planning on having the house professionally cleaned including the carpet and curtains. What else do I need to do to get back my security deposit? Should my landlord pay for the cost difference in the rent for the 4 1/2 months of increased rent for the tenant I found him?

If you found a qualified tenant to sign a lease with the landlord and the lease amount is for more than you pay, then you should not be penalized for moving out early. Your security deposit would be returned assuming there are no damages, etc. You will not receive more than your security deposit back just because the new tenant pays more though.
