The sickness I had requires automatic reporting to Penndot by my physician. My doctor seemed pretty sure that it would be suspended.

My colleagues have thoroughly and correctly answered your question. I write only to add that we all wish you well and appreciate your interest in doing the right thing by not driving while you are under this (hopefully!) temporary disability. Good luck.
Criminal Defense Attorney
While I agree with other counsel there is not a specified time. If you have a medical issue you should not drive whether it is revoked or not. For your own protection as well as the public at large you should not drive. If you were in an accident that hurt someone as a result of your condition you could face criminal charges. Leave the driving to someone else and stay safe until you are better. Good luck to you.
