How long does it take to file a removal proceeding and how much notice do they usually give for you to appear in court

Asked over 1 year ago - Decatur, GA

NTA not filled yet after about two months. Once filed, how much time will they give me in advance to show for court

    Answered . It varies. The NTA should be filed with the Court in a few weeks, and your master calender hearing will probably be scheduled a few weeks later.
