H1B Approved from October 1st 2014 with COS and H4 approved from Aug 2013 to Sep 2014. What will be my status after Oct

Asked 10 months ago - Chicago, IL

I got my H1B approved with Change of status on April 18th 2013 which will be effective from October 1st.
I had applied for H4 extension from August 2013 to September 30th 2013 which got approved on September 19th. But it was approved till September 30th 2014.
Effective dates are as below:

H1B with COS from October 1st 2013 to September 30th 2016.
H4 From August 25th 2013 to September 30th 2014.

I suppose according to the last action rule currently I am on H4 status which will be changed on October 1st to H1.

Can you please confirm?

Thanks in advance.
