Flaghow long do u have to be together in order to be considered coomon law marriage and to recieve benefits?
how do I find out if there was a marriage liscene issued in my name about 20 (twenty) years ago. my name is stanley earl williams the other parties name is dorothy gail snow
and if so what needs to be done to resolve the issue. there was never a marriage ceremony and i am not sure how the common law works for the state of kansas
