what happens if we were never given a form 17 by the seller's agent which also was our agent. and then after moving in we find the the septic tank lines are completely bad. Sewer is coming out of the ground. When uncovering the septic lines we even found sewer lines with duct tape in several areas. We took many pictures. The sellers were the original owners of this home so they must of known of this situation. But most important the agent failed to do the form 17.
