Flagreserved. there are young kids and the custody has already been settled but not the belongings, support of any kind etc. which boxes in #2 would ably or what do they mean??

2.c. would be the only one that might apply. It gives your consent to have the case heard by a commissioner instead of by a family law judge. Many of these commissioners are very knowledgeable and do as good a job as a sitting judge. Some people prefer judges.
