i need to know what a father can do if the mother of his children that he pays child support for has left state and we have know idea where she or the kids are located at

I notice that none of the attorneys on this site have answered this question...after 10 months.
Assuming you are still reading, poster, there is nothing you can do because it's a mom who stole the kids. These attorneys like to act like there is "law" involved, but they are all pathetic spineless stooges. The best thing you can do is make an assload of false allegations and call every authority on her when you find out her whereabouts. Pretend you are an attorney and just make any sort of allegation...and then charge yourself $300 an hour.
