Does time on L-2 or H-4 count towards 6 years h-1 ?

Asked about 1 year ago - Newark, DE

I entered US on L-2 Visa and I was on L-2 for 10 months. I also worked for 4 months on L-2 EAD
Later my Visa status changed to H-4 (Change of Status) .Its been a year I am on H-4.
Currently I have applied for Change of status to H-1 and awaiting for results.

Does the time spent on H-4 and L-2 count towards the 6 years H-1 limit ?
