Do sealed record count as criminal history?

or as a prior? Also this is a juvenile sealed record.

  1. In NY a JD or YO is not considered a conviction and as such it cannot be counted against you (legally) for most things as a prior. As far has having a crimi al history, that would depend on the context and what you are referring to.


  2. This will not count as part of your criminal history.


  3. It shouldnt be if i was sealed.
