CSPA Appeal to Supreme Court

Any update on the CSPA case? When is the last time on Friday Jan 25 for them to file the appeal?

    Answered . I am the attorney for Mr. DeOsorio. The government has until 5pm EST to submit a Petition for a Writ of Certiori with the Supreme Court on Friday. Either way, I will post the result of my webiste at http://shuserman.com under breaking news.

    Answered . Are you talking about the 9th Circuit case? Usually court filings are due by close of business on the day they are due. My guess is that if the government asked for the extension, they are planning to file something. But that is little more than a guess and I invite others to weigh-in as well.
