Consequences of 243(e) and 591 in California on an immigrant who is on Greencard

My ex-wife accused me of pushing her twice and blocking the telephone life and stopping her from calling help. She has agressive nature, has a medical history of visiting psychiatrist since 2002 for depression, panic disorder, and probably other mental condition that I suspect but have no proof of. I also other proof of her agressive and suicidal behaviour.
