Answered . A class action is a large case that is filed against a defendant who has harmed many people in the same way. Defendant's often try to retaliate against people in the class, but this can be prevented if the class action lawyers take action to protect people against retaliation.

I handled this in one of my cases, and you can read how the court handled retaliation.

I hope this helps you work with the class lawyers toward a solution.
