I am considering to take this offer from this US based investment firm. I will be based in Hong Kong though, covering Asian investments. Am I still eligible to apply for green card? I really don't want to lose my tie to the US because I may move back here in a couple of years. Thanks so much.

Generally, applying for a green card through employment is a lengthy process, and unless you are here legally you would have to be out of the country anyway. Please feel free to contact my firm or an experienced attorney of your choice to discuss.
