It is possible but difficult to challenge a protection from abuse order. A pfa is a civil order that provides protection from harm by family members, so to set it aside you will have to have sufficient evidence to show a change in the ruling is necessary. You will need to have a skilled attorney review all the details and online we cannot find out any details. You need a lawyer. Check with a lawyer in your locale to discuss more of the details.

Good luck to you.

God bless.

Good luck in this state. PFA orders are a joke and abused by females and there no good lawyers. I have one on me for a year now and I did nothing .
