Can i sue a real estate company the sold my a property under false pretencesI brought a property under the assumption that it was properly zoned. The real estate company advertised it as a zoned R-10A commercial store with 2 apartments. You may also have a cause of action against the attorney who represented you in this transaction, if he did not do proper due diligence in checking out the circumstances of the purchase and you had asked him to do that.
