Can I still sue in federal court for false arrested.

Arrests False Arrest Federal Court Lawsuits

I was arrested and charged with assult 3 after fending off three attackers. The charge was dissmissed and sealed by New York city. The three attackers were never apprehened. On Oct. 29,2009 it would be three years.

Answered about 2 years ago. Lawsuit / Dispute Attorney in Brooklyn, NY.
In state court the statute of limitations is one year and in federal court in New York it would be three years. In either case I believe you’re out of luck.
