Can I refile a personal injury lawsuit that was dismissed without prejudice in 2007

You may need to make a copy of the court file and/or any other documents in the file of the case from 2007. It is important that you realize there are certain periods of time to file a case in court from the time of the accident, otherwise your right to re-file may be barred. Bring ALL documents related to the case to a lawyer of your choosing for review prior to re-filing.
