Can I press charges for theft on a roommate who took my xbox and left to Florida?

    Answered . The answer is yes. You would need to call your local law-enforcement office. Depending on where you live it would be the sheriffs office or your local police department. You would provide them with your proof of ownership and explaine he did not have a right to take it with him when he left.
