Can I have two H1B applications pending or do I have to withdraw appeal?

Asked over 1 year ago - Seattle, WA

My last years H1B got denied and my employer filed an appeal and is pending from 2 months.
My current year(2013-2014) H1B got picked from lottery and got receipt number.
Please suggest me if I have to withdraw appeal?
