Can I go above the judge and attorney to modify my order of protection if they refuse

    Answered . It might be if it were part of a dispositional hearing in family court, but you are stating it is in criminal court and the victim is not a party but a material witness and dissatisfaction with the contents of the OOP does not give one standing to appeal it.
