yes you can, my brother worked for his company for 15 years and he was tasking some of his girlfriends medication to help him sleep, they gave him a random drug test and he failed and got fired and got denied from unemployment...it's messed up cuz he was a hard worker never called in sick and they denied him....billion dollar company and my poor brother cant even collect whats his,,
