Can I apply for deferred action?

I'm 19 with a y.o felony it will be sealed when I finish probation also I 2 ACD for hopping the turnstyle. Will they deny my request?

    Yes, I used ALL CAPS intentionally.

    This could be quite serious. Plus, there is no such thing as truly 'sealed' conviction records when it comes to immigration.
