Can a H4 of surviving spouse be adjusted.

My husband friend had a H1 Visa and passed away, which is her legal status and options.

    Answered . None. Unfortunately the H-4 dependent status died upon the death of the principal H-1B visa holder. His widow cannot keep her H-4 status after his death.
