Automatic renewal of residential lease in PA

I have an automatically renewing lease on my apartment in PA. I gave my landlord 70 days notice instead of 90 days (lease). Is there anyway out? If not, how could I advocate ffor making theses types of clauses illegal? - Is this your question? Add additional information
