Assets of the Sponsor for Immigration

My sponsor wants to use his assets including his house for my immigration. Is it really necessary an official proof of the net value? How to do it in the simplest way?

    Answered . All assets must be valued. Assets such as cash are easy to value. He will need an appraisal of his home's value. He will also need to submit evidence of any outstanding mortgage or other lien against the property. You should consult an experienced immigration attorney to ensure the affidavit of support is properly completed and documented.
