I am unemployed and bought a boat 1-1/2yrs ago and want to turn it in. The lender has told me that I need to furnish my checking account info and that I am responsible for the balance after they sell it... I do not want to give them my bank account info not knowing what they could do. I am on unemployment and don't have much after paying rent and car notes and I don't want them garnishing my checking account.
