Am I eligible for DACA (Deferred Action) if I had an AOS case pending on June 15th, 2012 and the AOS was later denied?

Thank you.

I'm confused by this answer. I meet all the other criteria, it is just the "no lawful immigration status" on June 15th 2012 that confuses me. If my AOS was pending on June 15th and was later denied, I am eligible for DACA according to your answer???
