After green card through interview questions

Asked about 1 year ago - Tucson, AZ

I got my green card through marriage interview in April. The officer said that he would send me a letter/form to provide more evidence of our marriage the next week after the interview but I haven't seen anything until now and my case status was still "Testing and Interview"... What should I do in this case? Should I call the USCIS?
