3 year window eligibility for me to file for citizenship after divorcing my husband under 3 years and remarrying to him again.

my husband brought me to usa in 08 and then i got my green card in 09 but then i filed for divorce in 2011 under 3 years of my eligibility to file for naturalization but we worked our differences and got married again . Can i file for citizenship now or do i have to wait another 3 years . Or do i have to wait just so i can reach my 5 year window for it . please help , thanks

    Answered February 01, 2013 04:38. I would simply wait for the 5 years instead of making it complicated and trying to qualify for the 3 years.
