My 18 year old son has a 16 year old friend (who is female) who says she got kicked out of her house...could it get me and my wife or my son in trouble with the law if she stayed the night? we never met her parents more importantly they never met us...and we haven't gotten a call back from the number provided...should I get children sevices involved?

I would recommend you stay out of it - Unless you contact Children Services and follow their recommendations. The parents not responding to your calls may signal that they do not want your help. Difficult situation - good luck!
