It was $80.95 a month. This gym was in NYC where I worked and lived. I was let go from my former employer and human resources said they would take care of it but then got back to me and told me to call the gym services/customer service line and they would handle it. I called in November 08' and the lady said "oh I feel so bad for you (having lost your job), don't worry I will take care of it!" Meaning-I had no form to send in. Unfortunately for me, I just learned to cocheck my banking statements online and that's when this past July I noticed the gym was still charging me. They would not take the charges off, even with a proof of being let go from my employer, new address...please call/write me...
