I have been seperated for 2 years as of October. My spouse and I still have a house together, however it is up for sale with no buyers. Both of us want an uncontested divorce, we have no children together, and no other joint property.
What do we need to do to obtain a divorce while agreeing to any gain when the house is sold. At this point, it seems that we will not have any profit from the sale.

My husband got uncontested divorce.can I go back to court to get half of his pension?

my husband was ordered to pay spousal and child support on 3/09,on 8/09,the magistrate lowered the support by half ,including no spousal support ,which I dont understand what happened since I was a stay at home mom for 20yrs,I was not in court that day On 9/09, I was told that he had divorced me in an uncontested divorce stating that I had left him ,which he left a year before to go live with someone else, yet on the divorce papers he agrees to pay the same spousal and child support that the magistrate had first ordered, Should I get a lawyer and go to court because he left out his pension ,he has been a police officer for 20 years the same amount of time we were married, thats why he did the divorce behind my back so I wouldnt get half, I thought I was legally entitled to it.thank you.

We have been married for almost two yrs. We have not been together in reality for long because I am in the service. I have been in South Korea for 17 months and have been home once since for 21 days. He works and so do I. He makes a decent amount of money but I would not require any support from him and hope that he does not as well. We did not purchase a home or a car. We live in seperated places due to service and don't have any children together. We do not have any joint bank accounts or share any bills in reality. If we do a seperation agreement and write down no alimony, no joint bills, no upkeep involved and no children how smooth will that be and what will I need to do?
