Executor of Trust Beneficiary does not want Inheritance yet.

Mom died this past January and she has 7 children. 6 of us took our inheritance but one did not because she is still a college student. She is 44 years old. She demanded that I keep her money in the name of the trust because she gets a lot of financial aid from different sources. I have set her money in a CD, but I do not know if what I have done is legal or not. My thoughts are just close the CD and send the money to her in a cashiers check and be done with it.
Am I in the right to do this or do I need to keep to her wishes.

I am the executor of my mother's estate.

A Tx lawyer suggested that I only needed a simple will as my estate is under 3.5 M and Texas is a "probate friendly" state. Is there value in keeping a trust document in Texas?

Tenant verbally abused and threatened landlord - both live in same house; can tenant be evicted for this?

My roommate and I live in my split level house, and a few days ago him and his friends were being a disturbance to my neighbors, being loud outside after midnight. When I approached my roommate about my issues with this he went off the handle, started screaming profanities and threatening me, saying things like "if I were a guy he'd kick my ass". I have a witness to this too. I'm afraid to be in my own home ever since. I have avoided him for four days now, and have not seen him once. I want him out of my house, but I'm not sure how to go about doing it. He is a gun collector too, which frightens me...and I'm almost certain he has marijuana, which is not okay with me either. I used to trust him because I've known him for years, so our agreement was verbal. What should I do about this?

Who determines the fees and expenses in a foreclosure action. I live in Florida.

My mortgage holder who is Discover Home Loan filed a foreclosure action against me because I owed them $1000. I paid the $1000 and they dismissed the foreclosure action. But when I received my statement this month there were $4000 in expense on it for the foreclosure action. The plaintiff in the action was Wells Fargo not Discover Home Loan. They claim to have a trust agreement but will not produce it. I do not think that Wells Fargo has standing to file the foreclosure action because I executed a mortgage in favor of Discover Home Loan. In addition, they did not have the note. Can the mortgage holder put these charges on my statement or does the court determine the amount. I think they are very high for filling a complaint and then dismissing the case, when I paid the amount owed.

Is there a statute of limitations on using legal separation documents for a divorce. My legal separation was filed in 1996.

My legal separation document was filed in 1996 because my husband told me we had to file this document so he can show the German government that he had to support a family here and could not afford to increase his $50 a month child support for a son he had in Germany while he was in the service. I trusted he was telling me the truth so i signed the separation that he had an attorney draw up that he found and knew, i trusted he was honest with me now we are going through a divorce and he wants to use them saying the separation is valid because i signed it. He is also trying to say he did not live at our home as married couples for the last 13 years and i have to prove he did. Please help me with any advise that can help me understand my rights.
