They arrest me because when they checked my background I had a felony (stolen car) . That time the judge gave me 2 years of probation, I did those two years and I thougth everything was ok with my immigration status. I went to court , the judge let me go with 1600 bond cause he understood there was no reason to deport me. When I went to HR I was told the same thing. In that same week I was terminated for reasons they could not tell me. I have e-mails to back me up on the company server, however they now considered confidential. I was never given my password to access my e-mail from a computer even asking for it several times. A collections agency is falsely reaffirming that I owe on a debt that I have proof was paid by the insurance. That proof has been submitted to the hospital, the collections agency, and TransUnion which refuses to consider an insurance EOB as "proof" (IDIOTS!). I want to sue the collections agency in small claims. Can I? The small claims info isn't very helpful on the site and my claim is based on they are knowingly reporting false info; they have tried after proof it's been paid to collect again; they are in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Act, but that is FED law and I don't know if I can get the $1K the law allows in small claims.
