I have been continually harassed by my (lesbian) manager/supervisor. This has been going on for approx 5 years. I've had enough.

My manager has tried to get me fired without success the entire 5 years. Everyday I go to work in fear of loosing my job, wondering if today will be the day I get fired. This is stressful to say the least, and has effected my health, and my family. I have tried to switch to a diff location within the co to get away from her and she stopped that. About 2 weeks ago, I was falsely accused of being drunk on the job. An independent laboratory confirmed that my BAC was .0000 and my UDS came back neg. Thinking I was now cleared of this accusation, I called my manager to see about getting back to work. She told me that it wasn't a false accusation. I am now worried that this is how she'll get her way and fire me. I'm not sure what kind of lawyer I need, or even what kind of case I should pursue.

Do I have any rights in a case of being falsely accused and fired from a private school based on her word vs. mine?

I was accused of sexual harassment by a part-time intern at a private school. After a week the head master fired me. He did not conduct any kind of valid investigation and just fired me even though it was her word vs. mine. He said he did not trust me and that was all. I told him that the accusations were false and that the girl had been very flirtatious with me since the year began. I reciprocated the flirtatiousness, but in no way crossed the line. The other female teachers that I directly work with were completely against the decision for me to be fired and stated that I am an ideal co-worker. Even with their statements I was still fired. I want to clear my name and be compensated through legal matters. Even though it is a private school, is there anything I can do?

My sexual harassment settlement contract states I cannot be denied unemployment but I was. What can I do?

I quit my job after being sexually harassed by my direct supervisor. When I complained nothing was done and I was told it was my own fault, 'I asked for it'. I hired a lawyer and sued and recieved a settlement. In the contract I signed it states my former employer will not deny me unemployment benefits. After applying there was an investigation and I was told I had to submit proof that I was harassed which I cannot according to the contract, so I was denied. However the settlement also states that neither party is to speak of said contract and my former employer told unemployment that I quit for a settlement. Doesn't that mean the contract is now null and void? I have proof but cannot 'legally' submit it according to unemployment. What can i do?

I'm having problems with my supervisor. I've written to corperate a couple of times. Corperate had the manager of our store investigate my complaints, I have no problem with that if it was a normal situation, my complaints never got resolved. Whats interesting is when compalints are made against other supervisors they are reprimanded. Several co-workers have told me that my supervisor slept with the manager. I have no proof, but why does he take her with him when he transfers out to another store? Other co-workers who have transferred to our store have stated it too. They have expressd to me that they feel sorry for me because of the way she treats me that's why no one from the inside never applies for a position in her dept. I'm curious, can I confront them regarding their affair?

If I've been sexually harassed by my landlord and afraid to co-habitate with him, do I have a defence in court if he sues?

I'm two months into a year lease with my current landlord/room mate. He has made advances and shown intrest in a relationship with me. I've rejected his advances each time, he has threatened to change the locks, only after I'd made my intentions clear, on the house and expressed that he does not want me to live there anymore. I've not been served a 30 days notice, but would like to leave, I'm afraid to be in the home due to his strange behavior. I have two room mates that have witnessed his behavior.
