Do I have to be out of my rental when my landlord says?

I am renting a house currently and there are 4 adults and 5 children in my household. On the first of the month I paid my rent and the next day my landlord said she is selling the house. She said that we have to be out by the 2nd of the next month. We have been looking for a new place to live and there isnt anywhere for us to go. I don't know what to do because with my 5 children I am scared of losing them and I don't want that to happen. Are there any legal rights that I might have because of the children involved?

Can Landlord change which ammenities Tenant pays when Lease is in effect? (PA)

A 1-year written lease has been in effect for approx 5 months. It clearly states that Landord is responsible for "Heat, Hot Water, Cold Water" & more. The Tenant is responsible for "Cooking Gas" & more.

The Landord just contacted the Tenant and informed them that they are installing Gas Heat and Hot Water (currently Oil), and that these monthly bills will be the Tenant's responsibility.

Considering they are making these changes to heat/hot water in Nov, the Tenant must either pay or freeze all winter long. Are these changes to the lease legal? What rights does the Tenant have in this situation?

Also, the old building windows are loose and allow cold air in during the winter, which costs more in heating expenses. Landlord states they might fix next year. What are their obligations?

time buyers the loan was for 20,000.00 payments to commence 10 yrs after purchase. Due to my unemployment status i was unable to start making monthly payments. My monthly mortgage payment of 525.00 (sep from above loan) to Chase Mortgage company is current and i have never re-financed. What can i do to save my home. Amount owed to city loan is 9,200.00. I have no way of bringing this current. I could maybe get a small loan for some of the money owed but not full amount.

from our bank in Los Angeles. Here is the Landlord's twisted reasoning. We paid twice in July....accidentall, whatever...? They accepted BOTH payments The MANAGEMENT OK'S this. They saud we didn't have to give them another check....Everthing is OK.We didn't hear from the landlord until 10/13, when he gave us a three day notivce to quit or pay...which included, one moth rent PLUS A "FEE" OR $50.43. iSN'T THERE A new law that makes late fees illegal..he NEVER again told us what the extra, tacked on fee was for...PLUS at this point, we STILL HAD THE AUTO-DEBIT ACTICE. tOur lease say" if you cancel your auto-debit, there will be a $50 charge added monthly"....The ADUTO DEBIT WAS STILL IN EFFECT AT THIS TIME..THANK YOU!

Are my civil rights being violated?

Two years ago I moved into a complex owned by the city and that accepts HUD funds. For the last eighteen months I have been harassed by the other tenants because I'm disabled. They have run me out of the common areas (public computer, lobby, etc.) and use noise. They have recently begun to wake me up in the middle of the night so that I can not rest. This has really begun to affect my health. I haven't said anything to the manager because she is friendly with my tormentors and this harassment would be difficult to prove. Do I have any civil rights (i.e. to live in peace) in this matter?
