My husband changed beneficiaries on his life insurance and left me without anything.

This occured a little over a month before he passed away from drinking himself to death. He did this out of spite as I took care of him and his ilnesses over the last 15 years and he stole all of our money and has left me with nothing but our debts and a mortgage that I cant pay because of this. Any recourse?
Thank you

No will found yet. How do I gain access without cooperation from siblings?

My uncle just passed away in your Burlington County

He left no will or wasn't found yet. 4 of his close friends and associates says he has one. I have a brother and sister and we are his only surviving heirs and next of kin I was the only one who maintained a relationship with him. They haven't spoken to him in 20 years. He indicated he wanted to leave everything to me. Does my relationship with him bear any weight over the law that says with no will his estate is to be divided evenly? I don't want everything, as a portion of his estate was handed to him from our grandparents, and that should be divided evenly. I just want the bargain leverage of the will.
How do I gain access to his safe deposit box or boxes once they're located without fearing the will's destruction by unscrupulous part

My spouse purchased a motorcycle in his name only and died still owing on it. Am I responsible for paying the debt?

Last year, while I was up north, my husband purchased a Harley, buying what he thought was insurance that would pay it off if he died. The insurance was simply an accident, disability, loss of wages policy that does me no good as he died from natural causes. Plus he was retired and already disabled so would not knowingly have purchased that type of policy. Am I responible for the debt?

Would I have to go through probate for a car that was paid by me but still in my father's name?

My father took a loan out for a car meant for me and I was to make the payments. He has passed away this year. I was told to wait 40 days before going to the DMV and trying to get the car in my name. I just made the last payment. Now his creditors are trying to see if he had any property in his name. Would I have to go through probate and what actions should I take to keep the car? This is the only property he has and is probably only worth 8,000.

Executor of Trust Beneficiary does not want Inheritance yet.

Mom died this past January and she has 7 children. 6 of us took our inheritance but one did not because she is still a college student. She is 44 years old. She demanded that I keep her money in the name of the trust because she gets a lot of financial aid from different sources. I have set her money in a CD, but I do not know if what I have done is legal or not. My thoughts are just close the CD and send the money to her in a cashiers check and be done with it.
Am I in the right to do this or do I need to keep to her wishes.

I am the executor of my mother's estate.
