Custodial statement and Miranda warning - Please help

Hi,

if Miranda warning was not video-recorded and the custodial interrogation as well as statements were video-recorded, will the custodial statements be still used as evidence in a trial ? If yes, why ? Since the cops dont have a proof of miranda warning, doesnt the custodial statements become invalid ? Or whatever the cops / prosecution claims are always right infront of a judge?

Thanks for your time experts.

violation of the web host
to post pic's containing nudity

I had a website it was all in good fun
about teabagging. Some of the photos
at the site showed guys with there balls on faces of collage age guys and girls. There is one group photo taken at a dance club in the background you can see a guy sucking on a womens breast. Needless to say a guy came into our site that was not from are group and flet this was kiddie porn and stated he would contact the host provider. after seeing that I deleted the site. All photos where from the net and none where under age. I know now that it was a violation to post nudes at the site but wondering if anything will come of this?
Or will the host let it go since there was no kid porn and the site was deleted?

Invasion of Privacy Issue - landlord entered bedroom w/o notice while I was gone to retrieve items left by her two months ago

Upon arriving home from being gone all day, one of my housemates informed me that our landlord was on the property today, and entered my bedroom to retrieve items that belonged to her (two little shelves that were on the floor in the closet, to be exact) - as my room used to be her bedroom before she moved out and I moved in. She gave me absolutely no notice that she would be entering into my room, and she had to move my personal belongings in order to retrieve her things which have been in the room since I first moved in two months ago. Within the past week, there have been other unreasonable actions by her father, who is effectively our "maintenance" guy and now also the one we as tenants are supposed to call if having any problems. Today really irked me though. Do I have any recourse?

Personal Medical Records and Information

If you learn that erroneous medical information has been published regarding you and your medical status: what can you do? What is the law because that could complicate future treatments; especially since Obama is having everyone's medical records be databased as electronic medical record information. What if the wrong info is used which compromises your safety?

My wife filed for divorce and moved out over 5 months ago. She keeps returning to the residence, while I'm at work, and gaining access via my sons key. What are my opts? She is on the title. Can I change the locks or something. She pulls thru my opened mail, takes things after we have already seperated property and leaves the house messy afterwards. I have no privacy due to this.

Is it legal for management to put dome cameras in remote offices.

These are facilities where the managers live in apartments adjoining the offices. They are often in their offices off hours in their pjs etc. The corporate office will be able to monitor on a wide screen with sound any activity in the offices at any time. They currently have stationary security cameras, but not with sound and not all-around views. This "BIg Brother" approach just doesn't seem right.
