My car was totalled alsmost 4 months ago by a drunk driver, he hit my car as well as my neighboors car while they were parked. Hes insured by allstate and they offered $2,000 due to prorate. I took the owner of the car to small claims for the rest of the money I won but now hes appealing and allstate told me they wont pay me until he appeals but it has nothing to do with them. I was wondering if I can sue allstate for loss of vehicle usage, emotional stress theyve put me through and bad business practice or do I file another small claim against the owner of the vehicle and take him for loss of vehicle use and emotional stress. It will be almost 5 months by the time we go back to court for his appeal. Please Help.

MSA enforement after Agreed Judgement Decree?

Texas - This is a revised Decree after 1st was vacated. It is Agreed Jgmnt Decree that is missing the " merger" language that was in original. That stated "partied agree this is a merger of the MSA and AID and any conflicts, the Decree controls". However, there are MSA terms left out and the MSA meets all the requirements of binding and irrevocable. I am seeing conflicting information on the MSA enforcement post judgment. Can MSA terms b enforced on their own?

hi,

My company name is: xxxxxxx (rather not to disclose the full name in this blog)and i would realy want to have the phone number: 1-800-xxxxxxx . this phone number is now used as a fax for some company, i have decided to send a fax to this number asking if they would sell the number to me, I havent mentioned my company name. few days later i got an email from a lady representing the business that has this number, saying she could only rent it to me and that she knows that it spells xxxxxxx, now i checked and there is not a registered trademark for this name. so i was wondering if i will register it, could i somehow be entitled to get this number?

During my exit interview I reported on my supervisor and the Chief Engineer who have been fired from their jobs within a week of my departure. Now they have stepped to a new level and they have access to every company in IL since they are in the staffing industry. They are on a smear campaign and are faxing and email false acquisitions about me to every Sales opportunity in IL. It has been two years and I have lost three jobs after they contacted my employers.
