Two court supervisions in Illinois...now a ticket in Iowa...will my husband's license be suspended?

My husband has had two court supervisions for speeding within the last 12 months (dates are 12-26-08 and 1-8-09) in the our resident state of Illinois. Last week we were travelling in Iowa and he got a ticket for failing to completely stop at a stop sign (11-15-09). I have several questions:

a) How will this affect these two court supervisions (will they turn into tickets themselves?)

b) Would he even be able to get a court supervision in Iowa?

c) If he decides to plead guilty and take the ticket in Iowa...what happens if he gets another ticket within the next 12 months? Can he go for another court supervision if it has been a year since he asked for his last court supervision or will the Iowa ticket require him to go a year from the Iowa ticket's date?

I have an 86 yr.old mother who is on Aricept. But does'nt always take the med. She thinks people are stealing from her, she has changed her checking account numerous times. And recently wrote her rent check on closed account check. She is very paranoid, when she misplaces something she can't remember where she has put it , she then says someone has stole it. She recently told someone I beat her about, and has said that she thought I was in jail. which none is true. I would like to be able to help her but cannot since she legally is in charge of her own affairs. what do I do?

I'm wondering why an employer would care or not if an employee recieved Unemployment benefits. Why would they appeal? I thought the employer did not pay the benefits and that the benefits came from the state the employer pays into his insurance? Future law student.

Do i have legal rights when a gun is pointed at me by a game warden?

I was driving a public road when i seen a deer in the feild. I stopped to look at it , was there for 2-3 minutes on my cell phone . when a game warden came out of the woods and asked to see my D.L . when i went to get thenm from my back pocket he started yelling to see my hands . he told me to exit the truck , patted me down and started saying i was going to shoot the deer. I had a unloaded rifle in the front seat !! he was very unprofessional during and after the altercation I would have to loaded the gun and then pull the gun from the passenger seat , point it out the window at him , Before he shot me !!! and if i were going to shoot the deer i would have not had the time to load and shoot the deer before he got to the truck !!! I do believe that his actions were uncalled !
